This privacy policy applies to the GPS Map Camera app (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) 

for mobile devices, developed by Smart tools (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). 

This Application is offered as a Free service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address

Location data, including GPS coordinates, to provide geotagging features on photos

Device camera usage to allow you to take photos within the app

Operating system information of your mobile device

This information is used to enhance user experience, troubleshoot issues, and improve app performance and

Precise Location Data

The Application does access precise location information (GPS and network-based) for the core

 functionality of geotagging photos and mapping. This location data is only used while the app is active and

with your permission.

Enable and improve geotagging and mapping features

Provide important updates and notifications

Send optional promotional content (with user consent)

Analyze usage trends and app performance

Personally identifiable information, if collected, will be retained securely and used only as described in this

app enhancement purposes. These third parties include:


Google Play Services

AdMob (for in-app advertisements)

Firebase Analytics (now part of Google Analytics for Firebase)

Firebase Crashlytics

device’s settings or the app marketplace where the Application was downloaded.

The Service Provider will retain your data as long as necessary to provide services and for a reasonable time

afterward. If you wish to request deletion of your data, please email and the request will be processed in 

a timely manner.


Children’s Privacy

This Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly

collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has 

provided personal information, they should contact the Service Provider, who will promptly delete the data.

The Service Provider takes the security of your information seriously and implements physical,

electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
